Order Confirmation:
- Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your card.
- We’ll check if your items are in stock. If anything is out of stock or on back-order, we’ll void the pre-authorization and email you to discuss options.
- If the items are ready to ship (within 5 business days), we’ll charge your card and prepare your order.
Order Shipment:
- Your order will ship within 5 business days and should arrive within 10 to 20 business days from your order date.
- You’ll get a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- If you don’t get this email within 4 business days, feel free to reach out to us at care@thefoodflamingo.com.
Damages:
- Please inspect the packaging when your items arrive. If there’s any damage, make note of it before accepting or signing for the delivery.
- If you accept a damaged package, take clear photos immediately.
- Email the photos to care@thefoodflamingo.com and visit our Returns page to file a return claim online.
