Refund & Returns Policy

At The Food Flamingo, we’re committed to ensuring you’re delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer an easy and flexible return process. Please review the details below for our full returns and refund policy.

15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, email us at care@thefoodflamingo.com with your order number, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in “Like New” condition with no visible signs of wear, not utilized, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending items back.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will be notified via email regarding your refund status. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 30 days to reflect in your bank statement.

Exclusions:

Products marked as certified pre-owned, used, or special orders cannot be returned.
Items used for a “one-time use” (such as for trade shows or promotional events) are not eligible for return.

Damages and Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by emailing care@thefoodflamingo.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging, along with your order number. You must contact us on the day of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange for defective or damaged products. We will cover the shipping costs for these returns and ensure you receive a replacement or refund promptly.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before they are shipped will receive a full refund. However, if an order has already shipped, it will be subject to our 30-day return policy, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping and Refund Process

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs on return items unless they are defective or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about your refund status.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Keep in mind if you receive a refund, you will be charged a 10% return and refund fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after being notified, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at care@thefoodflamingo.com for further assistance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at care@thefoodflamingo.com for assistance.
