Welcome to The Food Flamingo Affiliate Program! By signing up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You confirm that you have the full authority to enter this agreement.

For administrative and legal compliance, all affiliates must provide invoices for the commission payments they receive through our program. We believe in full transparency and want this requirement to be clear upfront to avoid any misunderstandings.

Affiliate Registration Requirements

To become a part of our program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Application Process: All applications will undergo a manual review process.
• Communication: We will communicate with applicants via email. Ensure you provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
• Content & Niche: You must have a website or active social media account(s) with content relevant to food or related topics.
• Follower Count: A minimum of 1,000 followers on one of the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or TikTok.
• Audience Location: You must either reside in the United States or have a significant audience based there.

Applications may be rejected for various reasons, including, but not limited to:

• Websites or businesses associated with illegal or unethical activities.
• Accounts or platforms that do not align with our brand values.
• Misrepresentation of personal or business information.
  We reserve the right to reject any application for reasons beyond those listed above if we determine the applicant is not a good fit for our program.

Affiliate Commission Rates and Payment Details

Our program offers competitive commission rates and clear payment terms:

• Commission Rate: 5% of the total cart value.
• Cookie Duration: 30 days.
• Refunds & Returns: Commissions are paid only for qualified sales. If a customer returns their purchase within 30 days, the sale will not qualify for a commission.
• Payout Threshold: Minimum payout thresholds may apply (e.g., $50).
• Payment Timeline: Payments will be processed monthly.
• Payment Methods: Payments will be made via PayPal or direct bank transfer in USD.
• Prohibited Practices: Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to purchase products.
• It is the affiliate’s responsibility to comply with all applicable tax laws in their country of residence for earnings received through our program.

Cookies

We use cookies to track individuals who click on your link. For effective tracking, users need to have cookies enabled in their browsers. If a person does not allow cookies or chooses to clear them, we will be unable to track their activity, and therefore, we cannot provide earnings based on their actions.

Cookies are tracked for a 30-day use period. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).

Permitted and Restricted Promotional Methods

To maintain the integrity of our brand, we have outlined permissible and restricted promotional practices:

Permitted Methods:

• Promoting affiliate links through personal blogs, websites, or social media platforms relevant to your audience.
• Creating original, engaging content that aligns with our brand values.

Restricted Methods:

• Spamming (unsolicited messages, bulk emails, etc.).
• Misrepresenting The Food Flamingo brand.
• Using paid advertising to promote affiliate links directly.
• Listing affiliate links on coupon or discount websites.
  Violating these rules will result in immediate account termination, and any outstanding commissions will be withheld. If you are unsure about a specific promotional method, please contact us for clarification before proceeding.

Affiliate Account Termination

Affiliates must adhere to these Terms and Conditions to maintain their accounts. Violation of any term may result in immediate termination.

Other grounds for termination include:

• Discontinuation or restructuring of the affiliate program.
• Prolonged inactivity or lack of engagement.
• Situations where the affiliate no longer aligns with our products or brand values.
  In certain cases, we may choose to temporarily suspend an account while the issue is resolved. Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time and for any reason.

Final Provisions

By joining The Food Flamingo Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:

• You are an independent party and not an employee or agent of The Food Flamingo.
• You have no authority to act on behalf of our company.
  This agreement was last updated on November 26, 2024, and we reserve the right to make changes as needed. Affiliates will be notified of any updates to these Terms and Conditions.
